Access Your Records
A transcript is a record of your academic progress, including transfer courses, credits earned by exam, and earned degrees.
To Order Official Transcripts: The easiest and cheapest option is to order your transcript online from the National Student Clearinghouse.
Unofficial Transcripts
An unofficial transcript lists all of a student’s coursework, without the university seal, signature of the Registrar, or the name of the university.
To View Unofficial Transcripts: You can view and print your unofficial transcript at any time from Banner, using your A# and USU Password. Your A number is assigned by USU to access University services, such as Canvas or my.usu.edu. The A number and password is different than your account with Continuing Education. You can set up your USU password here https://myid.usu.edu/.
