Print PDF Files
With Foxit PDF Reader, you can print a whole PDF file, a selected portion of a page, or specifed sections in a document. Foxit PDF Reader also allows you to print multiple PDF files at a time. Before printing, you need to make sure that you have installed the printer successfully on your device.

Print a PDF File
- Choose any of the methods below:
- Click the Print icon
- choose File >Print.
- Press the shortcut key Command + P.
- Specify the printing options in the Print dialog box, and click Print.
Print Tabs
Foxit PDF Reader allows users to print one or more tabs that are currently opened in the application. Steps are as follows:
- Right-click the tab, and choose Print Current Tab to print the current PDF file, or choose Print All Tabs to print all the opened PDF files.
- Specify the printing options in the Print dialog box, and click Print.
Print a Portion of a Page
- Select the Snapshot command by choosing Home >Snapshot.
- Drag around the area you want to print.
- A message will pop up, informing you that the selected area has been copied to the clipboard. If you do not want to see the prompt message the next time you use the Snapshot tool, please check the Don’t show again option. Then click OK to continue.
- Right-click on the selected area, and choose Print.
- Specify the printing options in the Print dialog box, and click Print.
Print Pages from a Bookmark
- In the Bookmarks panel, select a bookmark you want to print.
- Right-click the selected bookmark, and choose Print Page(s) or Print Section(s) from the context menu.
- Print Page(s): Only print the pages where the selected bookmark (including child bookmarks) is.
- Print Section(s): Print all the pages in the bookmarked sections (including child bookmarks).
